A short form about injuries, conditions and medications. Nothing goes out until I've read it. If it shows you should see a doctor first, I'll pause your billing or refund you.
Within three days of your screening — sessions, sets, reps, and what to focus on each week.
Two minutes: how it felt, what hurt, what you want changed. That's what I use to adjust the next block.
No. Tell me what you have — full gym, home setup, or a couple of dumbbells — and the program is built around it.
Yes, provided you're comfortable training on your own. Every exercise comes with a demonstration link and coaching notes. If you want someone correcting you in the room, you want in-person coaching instead.

Any time, yourself, through the Stripe link on your receipt. You keep access for the month you've paid for.
No. You'll get general, evidence-based nutrition guidance in your plan, but individual meal prescriptions are dietitian territory, not mine.
A free program can't see how your week went. The check-in is the product — the plan changes because of what you report, and I tell you why.
